Because of the nature of streaming services that are digital All subscriptions are not refundable after activation.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only taken into consideration in the following situations:

  • The service is not active after purchase.
  • Issues with technical nature that are not solved by our support staff
  • Payouts in duplicate

Non-Refundable Situations

We don’t provide refunds on:

  • A change of mind
  • Problems with users devices
  • Partially using subscription
